ABOUT ME
My passion for user-centered design started in high school when I took on the challenge of rebranding my father's small business, a local Chinese martial arts studio in Plano, Texas. With Kung Fu being a lesser-known martial art in the U.S., my father wanted to give his studio a fresh look and boost its marketing efforts. I redesigned his website, created a new logo, and developed brand merchandise. As a result, his studio became one of the most recognized in the Dallas Asian-American community. That experience made me realize how much I enjoy working on designs that tell stories and bring people together.
Currently, I work as a freelance designer, creating marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital products that help start-ups and small businesses in Dallas thrive.
In my free time, I am also a martial artist and cosplayer.
